Lea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s in Human and Molecular Biology. Her Master’s thesis focused on improving the functionality and vascularization of hepatocyte spheroids through the incorporation of microvascular fragments (MVF). She is particularly interested in tissue engineering and molecular mechanisms underlying cellular interactions.
